"Nous avons savouré un chocolat chaud parfumé et divinement crémeux, accompagné d'un carré de chocolat. A tomber ! Avant de choisir nous mêmes notre assortiment de chocolats fourrés et d'oeufs de Pâques, nous avons assisté à un très joli défilé gourmand, de la petite fille à la vieille grand-mère, toutes les clientes avaient le regard scintillant de convoitise, et on les comprend ! Essayez donc la ganache au poivre de Sechuan, ou celle au laurier ! L'atmosphère est celle du film de Lasse Hallström "Le chocolat". On ne s'en lasserait pas..."
