"First the server we had is not friendly. We were a big party seated on different tables, and we asked to pay separately, about 3 separate bills, the server said, I’m only going to do this once, we only allow 2 split checks. We are 3 families.Next we ordered 3 medium steaks, it was served with pancakes. The steaks were served well done, and dry. I tried to give a feedback, not asking for a replacement, just so they know, instead of apologizing, she even tried to argue and defend. See the photo of the steak.Third, the pancakes were undercooked, all of them, it was like rushed, you can still taste the batter and you will notice the consistency of the pancakes they easily break apart.There were not a lot of guests, and these were several servers staffed. I don’t understand the reason for being unfriendly, rushing and low quality of service.We drove all the way from the bay area wanting to get a normally good iHop meal, we were so wrong in picking this branch.We asked for our check, and it took forever like they retaliated because we gave the constructive feedback.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS IHOP BRANCH."

"Staff seating lady seemed a little annoyed irritated but we had great service after we sat down. Bartenders helped us with food. Group of 6 everyone really enjoyed the food. Veggie wraps are delicious! Definitely try the beer battered fries the sweet potato tots. Burgers meatball sandwich were also a hit. Prices are a little steep, but to be expected with the great location."

"One of our fave restaurants in South Lake Tahoe for a nice meal with a view! Even at busy winter weekends you can usually board and get a window table. View is spectacular both up and down. Eating is really good American menu with options for everyone. The service is always friendly. You seem really happy there and I can see why, fun vibe! Our journey when we're in town!"

"I found about this place from a blog. I visited Saturday morning for a brunch after returning from Emerald Bay. We had to wait 20 mins. This place has great variety of breakfast options. We tried California omelet which was full of veggies. The hash browns were perfect. The chicken torta was tasty and had soft chicken. The hot chocolate was super nice, not too sweet. I didn't like the blueberry crepes that much but my friends enjoyed it..! Service was good, they even replaced the potato salad with fries when we said we didn't like it."

"Just came here to boost the ratings because it really was a nice place to eat. I ordered biscuits and gravy, which was delicious. My husband ordered the BBQ Brisket which he said was good as well. The service was good, got our food quickly. It is clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Would recommend to others to try!"

"The food was inedible. We got a Tiger roll and it was falling apart and it tasted just horrible. We also it a creamy, sesame, chicken salad and well we took one bite each and it went into the trash it tasted fishy. We also Ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and the rice was a great big mush and the chicken was tasteless NO FLAVOR IN ANY OF THE FOOD. And my total was $75 and they added their own tip 15% and they definitely did not deserve it. I warn people DONT EAT THERE ITS NOT TASTY AT ALL AND YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK"
