"Amazing small coffee shop like home with a cozy and cozy old fashion feeling; you will find a large selection of delicious cakes and the best coffee from a professional brand! the owner has a professional bike background and 'the hub' is decorated with bicycle memorabilia that gives him a quirky touch. the friendly staff is trained baristas and is cordial and welcoming for all. this is a one stop coffee shop, so they come and give it a try, they will be pleasantly surprised! (situed at the corner of the high street in redbourn)"

"That was a place that is so easy to go by with the dark window and back from the road. good Italian weine, chocolate, sweets, food in packages and glasses on display. interesting, but not exceptional until now. they have diversified and become a...simple, Italian style, cafe sale of the best espresso coffee as well as simple eating. we went for coffee and cake to see how it was and go back as soon as we can for more! if they love good coffee and Italian tasty, we ask them to go and support their new venture."

"The environment is great for small talk as ambient music is too loud. Quick bites such cheese cones or soups are excellent. The overall rating was great but I had to downsize it as in the cashier/order. They use the trick of we ask for small order size of hot drinks and they serve and charge a bigger sizei"

"We had a lunch for a special occasion within the family, having last done the same about 18 months ago. Unfortunately neither the food or the service were up to the same level as past time, despite few patrons/covers. Service was shoddy hot drinks were served to the end of the table so we had to pass them to each other in a chain (just plain weird/incompetent). Want a saucer for your cup of coffee or milk for your tea, you should have gone elsewhere. My wife's salad never arrived. I had to ask for the G&T that I ordered to actually be served after 15 mins. The food was OK but nothing special and certainly unrepresentative of the high prices. The reception area and decor are lovely but the Brasserie can't deliver upon its pretentions and instead offers poor value, unremarkable food and Fawlty Towers esque service. We'll go elsewhere next time."

"What a great addition to St Christopher Place. Helpful, friendly staff who explained the 'initially daunting ' wall of tea. Some lovely loose leaf teas to try served in comfortable surroundings. I can recommend the Elderflower White Tea. I will definitely be back."
