"Delicious Taiwanese gelato. One star deducted because of those damn paper spoons. Do you know what happens when paper spoons get wet because they definitely do come into contact with ice cream? They become floppy and useless. And that means you can’t eat the ice cream."

"A must-restaurant in taichung! also people who are not vegan will still enjoy this place. Italian food is incredible. I recommend the spinach and cheese battalion, the splendor and tomatenspaghetti and all desserts. they have gluten-free and nut-free options. the service and the atmosphere are also great."

"I had been wanting to eat here for months and am so happy I could go with some friends. There’s a reason why this place is one of the top vegan restaurants in Taichung. I had a hard time deciding what to get, but I ended up ordering the veggie burger and adding a vegan egg and vegan bacon. The vegan egg is surprisingly like a real one, but even a friend who’s not vegetarian remarked that she thought it tasted better than the real thing! My biggest complaint is that it’s not easy to share, but maybe I secretly didn’t want to.It was delicious, but I wish they used a more nutritious lettuce than iceberg. Overall, the service was awesome, and the chef’s young son took my friend’s dog for a walk while we enjoyed our lunch. I’m definitely coming back to try their signature noodle soup on a cooler day."

"It is really the challenge to find vegan brot in taiwan: butter, milk, eggs, honey and even milk powder is often used. but at fortunate coffee I can be sure that what I get is a clean brot. they are currently baking on Wednesday and selling for the week from Thursday. I have the coffee and chocolate bread (NT$60) that was the perfect size for someone who lives alone. the staff recommended that I cut home, and freeze it to ferment the brot from the continuation. reheating was so easy to take a disc out of the freezer and scattered it for a few minutes. I enjoyed every disc with a nut butter and some cocoa butter. I look forward to tasting their other brote!"

"It is less crowded than the main outlet. Have a lot of tables and chairs. There are more than 70 flavours. There are a whole range of chocolate ice cream of different percentage of cocoa. The tea range is awesome. Not necessary to choose the sundae combi as the normal 3 scoops also have cookies topping. Their washroom is beautiful too."
