"I complete echo Denmark123London's review. Expensive for average food. Service is substandard. Tries unnecessarily hard to be posh but neglected basics such as topping up water (I would be happy to walk over and top it up myself if the bottle was left near my table; I waited nearly an hour for my water to be topped up) and bringing the bill promptly when asked (we waited nearly half an hour of the bill)."

"It´s a restaurant on a slope so the spaghetti bolognaise was OK. There wasn´t much sauce - just spaghetti and meaty mixture. Toilets were clean and the terrace was a perfect spot to sit down and eat lunch after skiing."

"I really don't understand why restaurants let them book a table if they don't have enough staff to properly serve the food was in order when it comes, but there were several times that we were waiting for the service. we even had to wait 18 minutes...for a diet coke and apple juice for my little one very stressful experience"

"A really great, traditional Savoyarde meal with a great menu. Not cheap but not eye-wateringly expensive, so a nice treat. We had raclette with a bag of warm potatoes, and a charcuterie meat board, as well as their own racletiflette (similar to tartiflette and really...tasty), along with a couple of cocktails and glasses of wine. The staff were really friendly and helpful (as we found them everywhere in Val D’Isere. Definitely worth a visit."

"As can be seen in the picture the menu states that his restaurant is not for people in a hurry, I think this was a typo and it should have said ‘not for people that are hungry’. I have been here a number of times...in the past and this visit proved to be worse than ever before. We entered the restaurant mins before the kitchen opened. We chose to wait as the weather was bad and we had already walked here. We enquired as to whether we could see a menu and put in our orders before the kitchen opened. We were told this was not possible. After the kitchen opened it was minutes before we were taken to our table, we then waited another minutes to have our order taken. Definitely not for people in a hurry! Once we ordered the food did come quick which was good but there were errors on the order but being English we chose to eat it and not say anything to the staff. We ordered a pizza with peppers and onions and it came with peppers and pepperoni, I could understand onions and pepperoni but how did onions disappear from the order to be replaced by pepperoni? We then had a desert where it was not clear whether a chocolate fondant came with any ice cream or normal cream. We asked the waiter who told us that it came on it’s own. We asked if we could have ice cream to which he said yes but for a charge, we decided to take it. The fondant arrived relatively quickly with both cream and ice cream and also our extra ice cream that we had ordered. Luckily they realized the mistake and did not charge us for the extra ice cream. Finally the price. Overall I would say this restaurant is medium/expensively priced. On receiving the bill I was concerned that I had taken class a drugs as we were charge euros for Coke’s."

"We have come to the hotel many times, and we have always loved our stay. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are comfortable. However this year we were quite disappointed compared to previous stays. The restaurant staff, while very friendly and curteous, were either understaffed or the kitchen was understaffed, because we often ended up waiting an hour for our main dish, and you could hear many others grumbling about the same issue. The food quality is also not as great as it used to be, although breakfast is still pretty good and dinner is copious most of the time. The rooms were still comfortable, although for the price you pay, some of the single rooms are not much bigger than a cupboard and some amenities are not provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc, which used to be provided."
