"We got there 10 minutes before opening, they were very friendly and let us in early. Best food we've had yet on the island, I especially recommend the Portuguese clams, uniquely seasoned. Coffee rubbed steak was excellent. Handcrafted cocktails, we had non alcoholic ones. A restaurant with high end food and drinks, non-snobby service, reasonable prices for this kind of place. Wish we lived closer."

"Every time that I’ve been back to Waimea and gone to Wranglers I only had drinks, but never dinner. I have to say that my pepper steak and bread pudding was spot on, service was excellent, staff was full of aloha! My other 5 companions meal was excellent as well!"

"About this place there is so much to say: excellent service sitting opportunities in the free with wonderful views of the sea and the kohala mountain separate vegan menu with 12 options! reasonable price in consideration of the value for 2 people, our total cost bill was less than 120, not including control, rub and alcohol although there is not the best vegan food experience that I had ever kept on the best season."

"If you are looking for the old all you can eat clam bake, don't go. The food came out cold, no butter, no choices really, no refills on drinks or butter or bread, the price for my daughter and I was $303, for basically a cold dinner, no crab, and one lobster. We skipped dessert entirely to avoid more disappointment. It used to be a steaming hot buffet you could pick what you wanted and didn't waste food. We won't be back till we hear better. Very disappointed."

"Good donuts and convenient location near hotels. You are just cash, you need to buy a minimum of 3 Malasadas, and are a bit over price. If your willing to drive 20 minutes more to a nearby city, you will find Malasadas at a better price and good quality as well. Overall good tasting donuts and friendly customer service."
