"Fantastic food and atmosphere for breakfast or lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bench seats, couches etc. Good selection of fresh salads and cheesecakes as well as the main menu. Recommend trying the iced coffee milkshake!"

"The Whyalla Foreshore has gone from drab to FAB in a short time. There's always something to do here, from BBQ's to playing on the kiddies gym to the sports gym equipment that council have installed, or just relax and have a coffee and a bite to eat at the Ocean Cafe, on hotter days you'll find Pete and his ice-cream van down near the cleaning table where the locals can clean their catch and then treat themselves to a delicious ice-cream."

"Don't be fooled by the obscure location off Nicholson Avenue in the UniSA area. The café itself has a very nice atmosphere and the meals/cakes/coffees selection are excellent - they also have soy milk available for the dairy intolerant. I visit Whyalla to catch up with family and make this cafe my regular whilst there. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The area is large enough for families and at the moment they have a jumping castle for the littlies (under their parent supervision ofcourse).Open for breakfast and lunch though I am not sure about dinner."

"Had your delicious famous burger for lunch, it was great! Later on I had a hot chocolate made by one of the front bar ladies. This was probably one of the best hot chocolates I've had in my life! Thanks!"
