"This dinner was suppose to be a celebration for my wife's birthday and we drove down from Baltimore. The look of Claudia's is quite beautiful... I just wished the service matched. During our hour dinner not once was it acknowledged that today was my wife's birthday though I requested it during the reservation. Our table was in a primo location allowing us to enjoy the nights musical performance. Once our waiter the bartender took our drink orders we didnt see him for about minutes. My wife and I also noticed that we had no silverware which took a few more minutes to get. Our appetizer was the Crab Croquettes and they were delicious... they had a little kick of heat to them. For our entrees I got the Negra Modelo Drunken Rib-eye with the honey bacon brussel sprouts and my wife got the scallops. The taste of everything were quite delicious though I asked for chimichurri and never received it. I asked for the carrot cake for dessert to go. When we got home I dont know what they gave us but it was not carrot cake. All in all I believe a out of stars will be the best rating I give only because the food was good and the live music was amazing. The service on the other hand was subpar especially for the price you are paying."
