"We are regular visitors to Samoa and love the food, although we don't live locally to this cafe we make the trip from Annerley as often as we can to experience authentic Samoan food in Brisbane which is rare. Occasionally we experience the traditional "sssccchhh" sound some other customers make when palagis (white people) walk in, which we have learnt to ignore, you will get this in Samoa especially too but don't let it bother you because the staff at this establishment are lovely and most obliging. There have been recent renovations which give this place a contemporary feel and there are tables out front to eat at but if they are all taken there is the 'Phillip Gould' park up the road with tables to sit at. A popular Samoan dish is Chop Suey which is beautiful but unfortunately at this cafe it does not have much meat included, just an over abundance of vermicelli noodles."
