"Food is good but it's always very unclean here. the floor is always filthy in the dining area, the kitchen floor looks disgusting, i wish i could have gotten a better picture of it but there was what looked like a bunch of like ground beef or something on the ground in the kitchen, it was really filthy in the kitchen on the counter tops too. I don't blame the employees because they're just kids and there's usually only like 4 of them for the entire huge restaurant, but also i've gone in there twice and i've seen them getting cheese to spread of the pizza with their bare hands, and then later before washing their hands going to the register and checking out people. really dirty, the kitchen is like so so so bad"

"Rare Milwaukee radiates elegance and grace. I've never felt so welcome in a restaurant. The hostess welcomes me at the door to check the manager whether our food was cooked for perfection. I even have to talk to the boss. I felt like a Who's Who of Milwaukee during my business dinner. I would strongly suggest the Wagyu flight. It was abhorrent and lobster was sweet and juicy. My drink at the choice, her new spicy Jalapeño Margarita. I can't wait to come back and try the American Wagyu to recommend the boss for my next visit."
