"Chicago Dining Pass brought my boyfriend and I in for a BOGO burger sandwich. Friday evening around 7 and the place was crowded with regulars families of all ages and young couples. I found it a very cozy atmosphere for a more classy sports bar neighborhood go to. Our server Melissa was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally on the ball with recommendations and efficient service. The burgers were super satisfying (two single patties, cooked just right at medium rare I believe) and the housemade tortilla chips were phenomenally addictive! If I lived nearby, I would definitely come again, and take advantage of the 'neighbor discount ' I heard tell about. Overall, recommend. Service 5 5 Food 4 5 Ambiance 4.5 5 P.S.: the free dessert with yelp check in is a lie there 's no dessert! But the experience is pretty sweet as it is, so..."

"This is a very prestigious place great for meetings, high tea, and for a pampering spa day. I met with a friend for high tea and sandwiches. The whole display they brought out was simply beautiful and the atmosphere is elegant and artsy. I recommend dressing for the occasion as you might feel a bit out of place if you go too casual. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. One thing that would be nice, is if they gave an option for more sandwiches or more deserts on the tower with high tea, but everything was amazing so I'm not complaining. I hope to take friends here when they visit they just take it a step up and I felt so taken care of."

"We had reservation for people.. upon arrival it was so crowded, it was difficult to move. after waiting minutes beyond our reserved time, we were told they were running minutes late. It was Mother’s Day, so it was understandable to be a bit behind, but frustrating to have had to sit and wait it out for so long."
