"All I have to say after a few different bad experiences at this particular restaurant is that napkins, receipts and utensils do not belong in on top of my taco, enchilada, beans and rice. The horchata is weak and pretty much tastes like soapy water this time. Oh there's so much more to talk about. Go see for yourself."

"Normally we order eveyonce in a while from this place, it used to be very good but the las 2 times have been awful they used to put a good amount of meat in an almost 5 dollar taco and it was ok but we noticed that they had cut off the amount, we let it go but Monday I was there and ordered 2 tacos with no veggies, starting with when I was ordering the guy was very rude, once I proceed to the window to pick up my order once again the guy was rude and almost felt like he just threw the order at me after I paid more than 10 dollars for 2 plain tacos I asked him if they were plain because they were for my son and he does not like veggies and he just slammed the window and didn't even anwer me so I think I am not going back"

"They have a sign saying Cowboy fries are 11.99 tax with a free 24oz drink included. Order my food and ask for horchata with no push back. They proceed to charge me 1$ extra because the horchata cost more and tell me the price of the fries are 13.88 and not 11.99. They literally have a sign in their drive through that says otherwise. I liked my food but this feels pretty dishonest but I wasn't about to circle back around to check the sign. Next time I'm taking a picture of the sign before I pay."

"This place is so inconsistent and their customer service is horrible. The enchiladas I just got were drenched in the hottest sauce they had (I did not order it spicy or hot, in fact I said no to that question), but the other day they were perfect...so I called them to let them know this was waayyy too spicy and I didn 't ask for this and all they said was, oh well, we 'll make it different next time .... so I guess I just donated money to them since they won 't fix anything and I can 't eat the food they gave me."

"Unhappy with part of meal. This location just sets a bad standard for the Filiberto 's name. This is their beef taco. I got two tacos and there was this much beef in both tacos. As you can see from the picture there 's just essence of beef. These tacos aren 't that cheap either, so I 'll just skip coming here in the future."
