"I have always gone to Ilobasco never had a problem I've always thought everything was good to be honest. But yesterday I placed an order for some yuca and chicharron, we wait for like 20 mins and my order arrives . As I was about to mix my curtido I saw that some of the cabbage was different colors . And it was bad . When I let the waiter know all she said was that she was sorry I didn't end up eating the food . When I got the bill I was still charged for the food . When I asked the waiter she said the owner said we still had to pay for it . Her answer to me was that the cabbage turns black if the air hits it . I laughed and decided to pay I wasn't going to argue with someone who doesn't understand that it's not healthy to serve your customer food that is not longer good ."
