"I ate enchiladas verdes and they were delicious. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. I enjoyed a lot having a conversation with Bernardo, and learned that he was from my state and barrio, in Morelos state, in central Mexico! I had some glimpses of my region's flavors in the salsa verde, and in the services in general. I was so surprised to find someone from my neighborhood in Boquillas, I can't believe it how this is such a small world! Talking to Bernardo was a plus, and not to mention the beautiful view to the Río Bravo/Grande. I admire too much how people in Boquillas have adapted to thrive through time. Whenever you have the chance, stop by and get some souvenirs, food, or drinks in the town. They are handmade, I could taste the quality on the food and ingredients, you'll have great Mexican food for same or less costs you would have in any regular place in the US. Don't hesitate to have lunch in Falcon's restaurant and place your pin in the map they have in the store! I hope I can get back soon!"
