"I normally go in here to order my food, but I had a moment of laziness today and decided to order via ubereats. I didn't expect the food to be hot, but I also didn't expect to have such a poor quality meal. These guys are normally spot on when I go in and I always get what I pay for. I ordered pork nachos and requested the queso to be swapped with shredded cheese, medium salsa and extra lettuce as I love the extra lettuce crunch and what I got was nacho chips with maybe 10 tiny slices of lettuce (5 cm long and 1-2cm wide) no salsa, no cheese. Thank goodness I had some mozzarella and some lettuce as I would have simply tossed it in the rubbish otherwise. Unfortunately no salsa, so it was very tasteless even with the guac I paid extra for. My husband got a burrito with chicken and chorizo. Thank goodness they left out the beans else his meal would have gone in the rubbish. His chorizo was like rocks and the chicken was burned... not like yummy crispy, but like bits of charcoal burnt. As I have known the district manager for some time and have seen how he trains the employees, I know this does not meet his standards. Hopefully this find him and he can address it. I will never order delivery from these guys again. I will still go here, but only pick up myself."
