"It was hot but still decided to try the menudo and 2 tacos de suadero. Wife had the birria de res and son had a chorizo taco and churros. Menudo was ok having a good hot sauce and salt could have helped. Birria had a funky taste. Without doubt they need more flavored salsas. They have a variety of meats I'll go back to give it another chance.Aguas frescas were good though.People are very nice and friendly and that's why it deserves a second chance for a 5 stars all around."

"I started coming here in August and fell in love with the food! There's a young girl who's always been here since I first started coming named sele that has the best customer service along side another girl named yessi. They always have such a great smile and light up the place. Whenever I'm in town I make sure to at least come once a day and it's always breakfast. Highly recommend the chilaquiles and the wet burritos with red sauce!"

"I'm a big shrimp cocktail fan. There's some cocktail with pretty good lots of shrimp an avocado. Quite tasty to boot. Restaurant was very clean and service was good. Their rice and beans with better than average. When I go to Mexican restaurants the big thing I'll be reviewing is the rice and beans. Menus vary from restaurant to restaurant but one thing is consistent they all have rice and beans. I'm finding out most are just very average if not below average."

"Definitely recommend! Food is great! The prices are fair. There are long waiting times to sit, but the food is worth waiting. I recommend the Dulce de leche crepes and horchata Shake."

"This is honest to one of the best hidden gems in bellflower. eating is amazing and the service is great. I love the Mexican breakfast options and they are always ready to replace items for the meal they want. my favorite is the hollandaise chicken crepes. but hands down, they have the best hashies ever (hash browns). the ice cream are also delicious, without being excessively sweet. the only negatiw is that eating one lasts to get to the table after ordering, but it is honestly worth it. they come early because the breakfast brush can be long."
