"The food here is beyond delicious!! We had the cheese platter as an appetizer. My daughter had the tacos (she raved about the mushroom taco), my son stepson had the blanco verde pizza I had the garlic cheese pizza. Everyone (including the meat eating boys) loved the food. Oh and they have these yummy spiked sorbets. You can't go wrong here!! Our server was awesome as well and joked with us the whole night...most definitely recommend"

"We were here at 4pm. There were 8 of us. 5 adults and 3 kids. We were the only one in the restaurant and the service was painfully slow. The kids ordered nuggets and fries( I know right? but they didn’t get they’re food at the same time. The food came out slowly. 30 minutes from order to the first plate being served. Our food was getting cold waiting for everyone to get their food. The food was so overpriced! I ordered the 2 orders of (4 birria tacos $18 (each and found out it didn’t come with rice and beans. For that price. 2 orders of nuggets and fries. 2 aguas and 2 sprites came to $78 fkn dollars!!!! Are you kidding me. It was hot all through the restaurant. No A/C or even an evap cooler. This was the worst Mexican restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Stay away unless you wanna get robbed for average quality Mexican food. I thought I would give a local place a chance. And yes I am Mexican. No volveré nunca. Ni madres!"

"I never leave reviews but the food was so good I basically inhaled it. The bagel sandwich was hot and fresh and so much better than most regular, dry, unsavory bagel sandwiches out there. The strawberry danish didn't have the icing I ordered and wasn't the best pasty but I honestly don't mind because I'm so blown away by what I already ate. Get the bagel sandwiches !! 10/10 my taste buds are dancing"

"Great location! I had only a small problem from the many times I left, and Jonathon was the one who helped me with this issue. He was very friendly and super helpful, and they fixed the problem super fast, although it was noticeably busy there. I even got a little excuse that they didn't have to do, but it definitely made me smile. Trust that they go beyond and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal! Food is always great"

"We often go to Mixteca. We always get a big portion of what we order and it always tastes great! This is not a chic waiter service restaurant. You order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. Prices are very reasonable for how much good food you get. Margarita is also good! This is one of our repetition lovers!"
