"The oakroom has very good burgers on the menu, and they have every Thursday evening a very special burger (jack, tomaten, dressing) and a cold beer (bud) for 12$. that is a price that cannot be beaten! it is as cheap as the burger and pommes at the burger king above the parking plus, they can have a beer on bk! the waiting staff is excellent! we often go and you should!"

"I requested a 6 pm reservation with Open Table, but I was given a choice of 5:45 or 7:00. I chose the former, but when I arrived the restaurant was practically empty. It remained so until around 7:30, but there were still a number of tables that remained vacant. This leaves me wondering why I was unable to secure my original preference. Might the evening's booking register not have suggested that 6 pm was a possibility, or is this a marketing strategy to give the impression the establishment is more sought-after than it really is on a Thursday evening? I would appreciate an honest answer to this query."

"Do not expect an atmosphere, but expect food that is cooked, not fast food. The restaurant decor theme is simple, natural wood clean and elegant. But who cares about the environment when the dishes are placed in front of you... perfectly plated. The herbs are even grown in the house. The portions are huge, plan to eat it all or be virtuous and share a meal with a friend. I don't live in Prince George, but if I did, I would often be here to eat as well as the catering inspections of the restaurant bring my own dishes filled with the fruits of the work of the owner"
