My recent dining experience at Callaway Winery in Temecula was an absolute culinary delight. From the moment I walked into the winery, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an extraordinary evening of gastronomic pleasures. The menu at Callaway Winery boasts a tantalizing array of farm-to-table dishes, expertly crafted by their culinary team. To start, I ordered the Shrimp Roll Salad and Oxtail for appetizers, and they did not disappoint. The Shrimp Roll Salad was a refreshing medley of plump shrimp, crisp lettuce, and tangy dressing, all wrapped in a delicate roll. The Oxtail, on the other hand, was a succulent treat with tender meat that melted in my mouth, paired with rich flavors and a hint of spices that left me craving for more.
