"Best Chinese food in town. Been going for five years now. We travel 40 mins for this place as nothing closer to us come close to their taste and quality.The yummy yummy roll is a must try.The family dinners are very generous in size (always leftovers) and are always made fresh."

"This recent Monday we decided to order dinner from Nanking. We took a look at the online menu found at http://www.brantfordnanking.com/#!menu then called and placed our order. When I went into the restaurant, while waiting in line I noticed the large menu above the desk was different then online, I mentioned this to the lady and with a snarky response she said "We don't have a website" I explained that I indeed found an online menu, through their website otherwise I wouldn't have known what to order. She threw my bag into the back and screamed that she needed an order change while rolling her eyes at me. In the meantime she was helping another guest with such rude attitude that the guest actually walked out of the restaurant and stated "Just cancel my order". Another guest was informed to grab her own pop, when she asked if she could have it while waiting for her order. While I was waiting I grabbed a paper menu to see if it was different, and noticed the webpage was noted at the bottom. I pointed this out since she clearly thought I was lying and she stated, "WE DO NOT HAVE A WEBSITE ". This completely shocked me as it was actually listed on the paper menu that they printed!!! I also noticed her, after handling money, grab food out of a container with her bare hands, go in the back and come back out with the same container. I cannot verify she used the same food for the guests order; however it was not something I felt comfortable seeing, and considering the lack of care towards to the customers, I doubt there was much care taken with handling that food. To top this off she screamed at the cook when he inquired about something, in front of their guests. I work in customer service and I don’t ever complain about other businesses like this however, the lack of respect I received and seen on this night was completely inappropriate. I will not be returning to Nanking again."
