"Had a takeaway, duck in plum sauce but couldn’t find any sauce and house special fried rice. The whole meal was tasteless, bland and dry. Looked so unappetising and tasted the same. Most of it went in the bin it was that bad, we tried to eat it but just couldn’t."

"Can’t comment on food as no one ever answers the phone to take an order. I could accept the line being engaged, but it’s rather frustrating to get through several times and staff put the phone down. Gave up after an hour. Had a...delicious Indian take away from the establishment next door instead."

"Basically the worst take away food you can think off Bland Components not prepared in correct way, large chunks of food not cooked out for the dishes correctly. Seasoning not correct. Also managed in a bad way. I wanted to reduce my meal size person but no negotiating possible. The food was discusting awful. Never go back by"

"Popped in for a takeaway for the first time. Pleasant staff and not too long to wait considering it was 7-30 in the evening. Really was surprised by the quality of the food and the amount. This was by far the best chinese we have had since we moved to Watton 8 months ago."

"My family and I only have experience of takeaway meals from East Garden. I would like to give a very good review but I am hoping the chef will read this and take note. That is why I am writing a review. The people are pleasant and the flavours are good. My problem is with the Sweet and Sour Chicken which has crisp fresh vegetables but the chicken has been microwaved so that it has the consistency of rubber. Unless you have very strong teeth you won't be able to eat it. What should be succulent is as tough as an old boot. This isn't a one off, it is always like this. It is such a shame."
