"Honestly, food is good (that 's my opinion, many people I know hate it, so it depends on your taste when it comes to that), but what forces me to give it nothing else than a 2 is because the service is just... terrible.If you 're LUCKY everything will go by smoothly and normally. The wait time is basically twice the amount you 'd get anywhere else (could be explained with their low number of staff, but still, it doesn 't change how long it takes); 70% of the time you ask for delivery, you 'll either wait 1:30h minimum (really feels like that have 1 driver and he delivers food one at a time) or there will make a mistake... or both; when there IS a mistake, you literally have to deal with it, as they don 't want to fix it/will ask you to prove it , let alone apologize for it; the staff treats the place like their home, which would be a good thing if it meant that they cared about the business and it 's success, and each other (which they might), but the way they treat customers who aren 't down to follow THEIR rules doesn 't really portay that...Try it if you want, but know the odds before you do, because they 've been running like that for the past 10+ years (I grew up in that neighborhood, I 've been eating there ever since I was a teen) and they 're not about to change."

"I had the wonton soup, salt/pepper tofu and Rouge chicken/shrimp/vegetable hot plate. The wonton soup was very bland. The salt/pepper tofu was tasty. The rouge hot plate was delicious BUT they ruined the noodles. They were either sticky/mushy or super crispy/burnt. A small l portion of the noodles were cooked correctly. The flavor was really good though. I would like to give it another try since it seemed to have some appeal with the locals (quite a few work gatherings/meetings coming and going)."

"Food was ok... kind of blend, a lot tastier than the places I've tried in other cities... which could be in par with the clientele (no offense intended). A bit over priced for what you get. House special fried rice was the worse I've had, the rice was overcooked... If my special payment overcooked rice then great I still didn't like it. The mixed vegetable dish which was fresh and tasty.."

"I've been their customer since they opened. Great service, friendly environment best take-out ever. With time I've learn that is a family business and they take good care of their customers. Chicken is actually chicken and not a ball of dough with a tiny piece in the middle, veggies are fresh and their fried wonton it's the best I've ever tried!"
