"Used this place for over years, Food pretty good but after a string of very late deliveries I wont be using them again. The last order arrived minutes late. Customer services is non existent and having read a few reviews the Hygiene Rating is very poor too. Never Again"

"We booked a table for on Saturday night. We were shown to our table by one waitress and then told we shouldn't be seated there by another member of staff. The table was unlaid and we waited over minutes for someone to take our drinks order. When they finally arrived, two of the drinks were wrong and my daughter's wine was missing! Several drinks we did not order were also brought to our table afterwards. We asked for some prawn crackers to nibble on as we'd already been waiting for so long. A gentleman waiter advised us they do not serve them whilst at the same time a waitress delivered a bowl of crackers and dip to our table! We opted for the set menu for but had to ask specifically, as only the full menus were presented to us. The starters were fine but the rest of the meal was very sparse. Only enough pancakes for exactly one each and very little meat in the main dishes. We loved this restaurant when it was Furama but will never eat there again now."

"The only chinese we ever go to. Absolutely love the food here and the staff are really friendly. Ordering for collection is recommended on busy nights to avoid the queue. The chip shop side is fantastic too, we love ordering from here as a special treat. It is cash only but there's a free cash machine outside the co op but if it isn't working co op does do cash back. Avoid the cash machine to the right as it charges."

"Very disappointed with the overall experience. Was fined £200 parking charge as it is not clear there are only 2 parking bays owned by this restaurant. The receptionist just assumed we didn’t have cars, and only later realised his mistake in informing us too late. In efforts to compensate, he offered a ‘10% discount’ on our check but in actuality was only 8%. Also, the interior needs serious development and the ambience is unwelcoming. The only good food were the momos, but we waited a long while for each order to come through. We basically got scammed, would not recommend."
