"Had two deliveries in the last few weeks, having never used them before. The lady taking the orders (I think it was the same lady both times) was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, efficient, friendly and helpful in accomidating my dietary requirements (I'm vegan). We were really impressed by her.The food was absolutely delicious. So impressed. The vegetarian chicken was great as was everything else.Definitely be using them again."

"Lived in the area for 2 years and only just got round to ordering from The Golden Star. The service was good, with complimentary Fortune Cookies for my children to keep them entertained, being a welcome touch. Ordered starters and mains off the Chinese Menu and was not disappointed. We'll definitely be going back. Keen to try their English offering as well, the fish and chips I saw being served looked good as well. I'd especially recommend the salt and pepper ribs .. honestly, the best I've ever had."

"Had a wonderful early bird meal. Excellent value for money and really good quality. They were very accommodating and changed the ribs for us which wasnt on the menu. Friendly staff who were happy to share a joke with you. We will be back"

"Tried here for the 1st time as our usual Chinese takeaway has gone downhill. Partner had salt pepper ribs and said they were really meaty. Salt pepper chicken was lovely too, not to spicy and special fried rice had plenty of meat and wasn't dry like it can be sometimes. All in all food was enjoyed by everyone and will definitely use again and staff very friendly. Would recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10"

"Wow! Sun Hing is the best chinese I have ever had. Food arrives quick and piping hot. Great value for money as it comes with rice or chips. Portions are massive!"
