"We recently moved to the area and we've been looking forward to dine at the Columbia as it's been recommended to us. We made our first trip there for valentines day with reservations. The food was delicious. I've been trying cubanos across the state and the one made here has been my favorite so far. We also ordered some chicken dishes, salads, and deserts, and they were all delicious. I'm definitely coming back to order the pollo manchego again. Our server was great. He was beyond friendly and made dining there a great experience. I docked a star because while our server was great, the ladies at the front handling all the people coming in for valentines day, were overall unpleasant. With our 3:00pm reservations we still waited over 30 min for our table. We were fine waiting and understood they were having a busy day, but the lady organizing the table seatings and what servers were working was rude."

"So the first thing is that they sent something other than a fish taco for my kids tray. 2nd thing is the portion sizes are NOT what they show in the pictures and definitely NOT worth the price (false advertising at its finest)! Try at your own risk and form your own opinion. Sorry, I never do this, but have to be honest and transparent on this one. But this is just not right..."

"I came here to this location due the recommendation of a friend from Orlando. I have to say I was surprised by what I found out . I ordered medium rare strip steak and it came with stuffed mushrooms and yellow rice and Salad half special and small soup cup. The soup and salad were perfect, and delicious. The steak come out and it was over cooked and they put this super salty melted white cheese on it, and it spoils the steak as it makes it over salty, really unbearably salty. The stuffed spinach mushrooms had the same issue to much salt and undercooked as you could taste the batter and it was cold. The yellow rice was dry and lacked moisture. Waited came to check on us, and all three of our party had the same experience. They kindly replaced our meal. We got the filet, plantains, and rice, this time the filet was not over salty, but def not Medium Rare, it's was well done, no pink In sight. Plantains we're perfect, the rice was over cooked dry and lacked any moisture. Felt crunchy due ti dryness. At this point it was a bust for us. Thankfully the gentleman who was the waiter also agreed that today the kitchen was having an very off day as we weren't the only table sending things back. He did bring us our a bread pudding, complimentary, and that was frankly the highlight of the meal. I would say service, location, and vibe was good, but for us this time food was sadly majorly lacking. I def think they had issue in their kitchen. I usually go to the St Augustine or Beach location. I expected the original location to be much better. Being a foodie I expected so much more."
