"Idéal pour un party de famille avec une belle grande terrasse , ce bistro , apportez votre vin , nous a comblés au delà de nos attentes . Première visite mais ce ne sera pas la dernière . Grand choix de cuisine à tendance méditerranéenne ....... accueil chaleureux ,service professionnel et serveurs qui connaissent bien leur menu ....... pas besoin de feuille de notes ou d'aller voir le chef pour savoir la composition des plats . Je vous recommande le foie gras au torchon fait maison avec chutney de figues ..... un pure délice . Tout est délicieux , frais , chaud ( ce qui est normal mais pas toujours le cas ) . Parfait pour tous le goûts ..... poisson .... braisé ...... plats végétariens ...... à la carte ou en table d'hôte ...."

"About a month ago I was checking out my new neighbourhood and I passed by a place that had not been there earlier on in the year, so I walked in to have a sampling of their food. While the address is 2525 Provost it should be noted that this is located on the Burough of Lachine and about a 10 minute drive from the Trudeau International Airport. When I walked up to the second level, not so great for those with mobility problems, I was happy to find a clean and non-obstentatious spot with simple decor and a place to meet your needs if you are looking for some tasty Island cooking.The prices and portions are extremely reasonable. With traditional chicken, beef and vegetable patties at two Canadian dollars a pieces. I decided to take two chicken patties to go on my way out though this happened some time after I had perused the simple but inviting menu and selecting something for dinner.I approached the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from a solid man who stood possible just over six feet tall. I was soon to learn, that George, was the owner of the place, and I could feel that he projected confidence in the business he opened back in March of 2016. At the table to the right of the counter sat the family matriarch, his mother, and over in the other corner parallel to the walk-up, stood a solitary singer performing a variety of popular over what Ukrainians call a minusovka. It was simple but pleasant music to accomany my dinner. I finally decided on having the Jerk Chicken Plate. This included a breast, two legs, rice with beans and a seasonal salad with a refreshing spring lemon/lime type vinagrette and a nicely spiced and flavourful chutney. I decided to add another taste of the Islands to my dinner that evening and ordered a Red Stripe Beer (Lager) 341 ml for $6.50. The total for my large Jerk Chicken Platter came to the grand total of $15.45 before federal and provincial taxes were added on. The most expensive item on the very simple and not expansive menu is Red Snapper at $14.95.If you are in the area of the Burough of Lachine, or on the West Island and are looking for an alternative for lunch or dinner, do check it out, you will not regret it. I enjoyed the dinner and the chat I was able to have both with the owner and his friend, The Prince, the singer who provided the musical accompaniament to my dinner. I went back a number of weeks later and had the Small Oxtail Plate priced at $9.00 that two was a satisfying and tasty meal."

"I came back from here and took my first bite from Kaju katli. It was fresh, soft, sweet, delicious! The guy in the cash register was super nice and even gave us a slight discount because we were 22 cents short. The only problem is that this store is only cash, so be sure to bring $5-10 if you want a box of candy!"
