"I love the cosiness of the theatre and it is usually very clean what is beautiful. You have a good menu selection and the staff seemed to have much improved in recent months, with the service is faster and they actually remember / bring the full order. The loss of a star is on mediocre food at high prices... Even the drinks are not so great, but expensive quite high for what you get.... Also sometimes the online booking system is incorrect when you try to buy tickets online. Otherwise I'd like to come to this theater..."

"So happy this little eatery is within walking distance in our neighborhood. We ate there yesterday and I enjoyed a tuna melt along with a kale salad. Very good. The mocha was a bit too sweet for me. Nice ambiance and tables spaced nicely during this time of Covid. Friendly wait staff and nice lighting. Wishing The Trails many more happy years in the 'hood. I will add that it 's nice there are far more options for vegans, vegetarians and the like today than there were for me when I tried going full vegetarian in 1980. Veggie stir fries and salads, that was it."

"We don’t have these fast food places near where we live in WA, so decided to try one out for a quick late dinner on the way to our hotel. I have to say that this place had the absolute friendliest customer service we’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. While we were looking at the menu, we were asked by no less than four employees if they could help us. My husband ordered his burger plain (he doesn’t like mustard), and after we were seated, waiting for our food, an employee came out to the dining area to ask if he’d like his burger with mayo. Unexpected, but very thoughtful of that employee. The food was decent for fast food and a fair price.If the staff are that attentive and friendly at every Whataburger, I can see why it’s so popular (it was fairly crowded at 10 pm on a Sunday). Great job to everyone at #785!"

"In a nutshell: fastest, most affordable, good donuts, coffee, and sandwiches any time of the day. I give the place 5 stars for being amazing at being what it is. It is in no way a 5 star luxury experience. In luxury scale, it is a 3 star coffee and donut shop. But for a casual simple neighborhood joint they do a great job which deserves each one of the 5 stats available. Here is why OPEN 24/7. You can always rely on this place to get a coffee and a sandwich or a pastry, which they have a vast selection of. FAST SERVICE. That's really fast unless there is a long line. Then it's just plain fast because the line moves fast. They handle it well and put another person on taking orders. Coffee is self serve and food comes out super fast. VALUE. The prices are great. Probably the best deals in the city. FLAVOR. the food is great but this is about history. This place has been around for quite a while now and offers a good portion of local flavor. What I mean by that is you can get a sneak peak of the Tenderloin without being immersed in all of its splendor. Occasionally you may become an (un)fortunate witness of local drama or comedy performed by some less than ordinary looking characters. LOCATION is also great: steps away from UN plaza with its playgrounds, SF Public Library, Asian Art Museum, Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, City Hall, and many more. In one word downtown. Easily accessible by public transportation Civic Center BART and Market street with all the busses and tram lines are just a few blocks away"
