"The pizzas here were decent, the flavours were on point and the toppings were all quality. Unfortunately the bases need a little bit of work to be on the same level as the the toppings, as the ingredients made the base a little soft and doughy. Get this right and you've got one of the best pizzas in Adelaide. The pasta needs a little work but was passable, some ingredients were not available at the time of my visit. I will return though as the pizzas were enjoyable, the truffle pizza being a highlight."

"Went to Strano at on a Sunday evening with a family of There were only other tables in the restaurant and our server took minutes to get our drinks before even taking our dinner order. We had two young children with us who were very hungry. Service was very slow and food coming out of the kitchen was slow. There is no reason in a virtually empty restaurant for dinner to take hours and for the customer to ask the server repeatedly where the food is. He didn't even put our entree orders into the kitchen until we were finished with our salads and apps which came out at the same time. After that it took another minutes to get our entrees. In my opinion the kitchen is run extremely inefficiently, the wait staff is poorly trained and all in all the restaurant is poorly managed."
