"We reserved our first dinner in PEI at Claddagh about a week before getting there! We started with a dozen fresh oysters (3 different types out of an impressive selection) which our waiter was really knowledgeable about and was able to make reccomendations. We ate them so quickly we forgot to snap a pic. Then we got the seafood pasta, and the striploin plate with PEI potatoes. The plating was stunning and the food was delicious. We finished our plates completely. The restaurant is small on a popular street so you may want to book in advance. The ambience inside was stunning, and we were within a comfortable walking distance to our hotel."

"Another great find! The damped shells were large and juicy and the seafood cahowder was so delicious. The lobster was also delicious. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture of the shells! Come back!"

"Excellent experience! I could easily make a reservation and when I arrived, I sat fast. It rained something outside, so I didn't get a chance to sit on the terrace, but I would imagine it would be really nice. Dave was our server and he was friendly. We ordered the Clam Chowder, crab diver and lobster roll. The seafood was very fresh! I would have preferred the bread to be roasted a little more for the lobster roll, although I would still recommend independent."

"The appetizers were great, the baked oysters especially. Would recommend. The Sangria was a good price for the size. Taken in meals. Beef was of low quality and tasted like wild meat. The lobster roll came on a hot dog cock!!! Tested very processed. Not recommended. Saw at 8 o'clock (reservation). We wanted to order desert, but it was recommended that the kitchen be closed at 9 a.m.... strangely, a table was sitting after 9 a.m. and still getting food...??"

"A wonderful patio!! Taylor and Carlos provided us with excellent service! Very reasonably priced. Great selection of beers and the pork tacos were some of the best we had!!! Only drawback was the county music the dj was playing….ugh. Enough crying about trucks and dogs and work."

"Words cannot convey how much we loved this restaurant. The staff were super hospitable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Island. The food, an unforgettable experience. The lobster mac n cheese is heaven in a bowl. So, good we went for dinner on night 2 at the same restaurant! Enjoy this tourist season! Kudos to a great place to visit on PEI"

"Service was excellent and the food was good. I found the menu somewhat limited, particularly for a higher end hotel. Enjoyed the blackened salmon, and the seafood chowder was good as well. Convenient to dine in the hotel, but I wouldn't make a special trip there if I was not a guest."
