"Place was super busy after an Oilers game. Sara was our server and we didn't have to wait very long for her to come to us, but even still she politely apologized for the wait. She was very friendly and very attentive to us. There were two of us and we had the rainbow tortellini pomodoro and the pot-pourri spaghetti sampler. One meal we got the Minestrone soup and one with the side salad. Our bread loaf came super speedy, and our meals not long after. For how busy the place was, we definitely expected to wait way longer than we did. Both meals were delicious and both pasta cooked perfectly! Both meals came with a scoop of spumoni ice cream for dessert, and after everything, we were both comfortably full. No issues, no complaints, would definitely go here again!"

"This was back in May/2022 and we had no reservations and there was line up of people as it was a Sunday late afternoon. The wait was 20 minutes which was ok considering this was not a planned dinner. However, the food took forever to arrive and when it did it was disgusting. My Granddaughter ordered a shrimp dish and had one or two pieces and could not eat the rest. Had I been paying for the meal I would have sent the orders back. I ordered the coconut shrimp which was ok but the other 3 did not enjoy their food at all. Again I wish I had asked for the Manager and complained at the time. Last night my son and daughter-in law went to the same west end Red Lobster and complained to me how terrible the food was. I guess what I am saying is stay away from the West end Red Lobster until they make some changes"

"I had the server Christina about a week ago, she was outstanding. She was quick, friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. Although it was busy, she never got flustered and did an amazing job, even with the pressure. The food came out hot and quickly, and tasted awesome. She remembered our orders perfectly and all the modifications. I had one of the new items on the menu the Salmon Zenn Bowl Christina did an amazing job of informing and describing the meal to me. I would definitely come back, and hope to see Christina again."

"I am not sure why so many people dine here. The place is dirty and old. Booth seats are cracked, window sill sticky and greasy. It smells. It is extremely loud. . Which is to be expected, I guess. Service was a little slow but once we ordered the food came quickly. The garlic shrimp was overcooked and hard in spots where it had dried out. Freezer burnt? I expect better. What a waste of money. Very disappointing"
