"The restaurant canceled our reservation on open table that I noticed when we came home and that was wrong. they did this, even though we showed up, sat and ate, but remained during our meal. obviously they did not want our rating or for me to credit for booking on open table. our server never gave us brot, took our bread-appetits-plates away before they gave us our salat and appetizers at the same time that led us to send back our appetizers because it was cold before we ate our meal times, the porkish were drastically undercooked. it seemed as if they just rushed through the meal I don't understand, as the place was empty. now I know why it was empty. service and eating were not good. very disappointed and I was even sharpened to get my email that they have canceled our reservation if they were not to. only a terrible experience."

"We stopped a quick lunch right around the summit. It was busy, but not crowded. The gentleman who accepts our order seemed to recognize us as the first timer, but was patient and personal. We have fish and chips, New England Clam Chowder and a lobster grilled cheese. My favourite was the fish fillet, super fresh, light and flocky, with an airy panko style coating. The cooking oil was obviously fresh and everything was golden brown perfection. It may be the middle of winter, but I felt for a moment the rays of the summer sun reflected by beach waves!"

"The pizza was excellent! We also have a chicken Caesar wrap that was very delicious. They serve Peroni Italian beer. Your sauce should die. I had the pasta before and it won't disappoint"

"Always a great experience in the New Hartford Diner. A lot of choice. I chose the turkey club, it was extraordinary. I love supplementing the increased outdoor eating. Will be back, maybe next time for breakfast."

"This could be a gem of a place but the night we dined, they were short on waitstaff , the food took a long time to get to our table and then seemed overdone. Unfortunately, it was too cold, otherwise, this looks like the perfect place for sitting outside on the patio with a view of the river, open air and energetic city vibes."

"Stopped in for dinner while in town for work. It's seldom that I get to New England, so I was craving some good seafood. Located next to their seafood market, it's got a nice nautical industrial vibe where you order at a counter, sit down, and wait for your order to come out. I went with the Clam Chowder, and a hot Lobster Roll with butter instead of the traditional cold with mayo. Everything was delicious and flavorful, and the portions were more than sufficient. Staff was friendly anf helpful. I'd highly recommend to visitors and locals alike looking for a delicious low-key seafood fix."

"I came here with some friends for dinner and it was a great atmosphere with good food. Your Happy Hour Specials were great with $6 drinks and then small bites for $4-8. Dinner was also cheap. The service was fast and the food came out perfectly. There is a small parking lot on the back so you don't have to find street parking as well as a front and rear entrance. I highly recommend this place!"
