"A secret gem in the Okanagan! Fresh seafood with incredible flavours and good portions. The oyster po’ boy was so light and crispy and was just perfect. The West Coast Stew was heavenly with the smoky tomato base and perfectly cooked seafood. The steamed clams (they were out of mussels) had my daughter raving about how delicious they were all through dinner. We will definitely be back! I should note that the restaurant is called The Broken Anchor now."

"Delicious as usual! The spot prawns were perfect and the fish and chips continue to be the best in town. I can't wait for the weather to catch up so we can spend quality time on the patio."

"We decided we would go to Lord Chumley's instead of C-Food Lovers should of went to C-Food Lovers! We were going to have the special of the day but they were sold out so we had the two piece cod meal. My wife found a black hair in her coleslaw and told the waitress she didn't seem to concerned and asked if she wanted more coleslaw she said no I said bring her another piece as the fish was on top of the coleslaw and you can comp her meal and I will pay for mine. Went to pay the waitress said she couldn't comped her meal and giving her a piece of fish was good enough! I said I wasn't happy and I wanted to talk to the owner. Had to call her the next day.I talked to the owner Tracy she said her staff told her what happen and said I wanted both meals comped and that giving my wife a piece of fish was good enough! I told her that I was willing to pay for mine meal and was not pleased with the service we went out of our way to come to her place and not to C-Food Lovers as we had not been there for awhile and had been there many times over the years she said that was basically our choice. I told her that we had a similar thing happen at Kelly O'bryans and they comped the meal and gave us $20 in gift certificates and she said " Good for them"! She was basically sounded pissed of at me and I told her we will NEVER be back there again!On to the food cod was small portions the size of playing cards and fries were greasy.Place needs updating same look for the last 20 yrs."

"There really arent words to describe the experiences in the last month at this place. The service, ambience, and ALL food items are exquisitely put together for an experience that just defies some of the better restaurants I have been to in big cities. This includes Tofino and Vancouver where seafood is abundant. This is a GEM of a place....dont wait to go. Its worthy EVERY oyster shuck and ever single bite."

"Came here with a group of 7 during happy hour to hopefully dig into their oyster special. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told only a max of 6 oysters per person. A handful ordered oysters and then halfway through the service the rest who hadn’t used their allocation tried to, but were told they were no longer serving oysters. Disappointing as I had flown out to BC for a food vacation and was really looking forward to having some delicious seafood. Hopefully next time patrons can get more than 6 oysters per person!Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy intolerant"

"Today we ate at this location and had a young man serving us! I found him to be very good! The food was as to be expected, and the restaurant very clean! We had a group of 8 and everyone really enjoyed the meal. The bread that was served first was so good and warm, then we all had the house salad followed by pasta!I would recommend this place for families!"
