"We were staying at the Delta and came across Spinnaker’s while on a quick late evening walk from the hotel. We decided to stop in for drinks and dessert as it was a Saturday night and sounded lively inside. There was no wait for a...table and the restaurant had several areas of seating (inside, outside on the deck rail, on the grass at picnic tables). Sports could be viewed throughout the pub and everyone looked to be having a good time. The following evening was raining so we decided to eat here again since it was only a min walk. No atmosphere on a rainy Sunday night, but service was good. Mussels and fish and chips were average compared to eating the same elsewhere. However, we really enjoyed our beer/cheese dip with bread appetizer. My husband kept threatening to lick the bowl. Days later we decided to have breakfast here before our afternoon flight home. The food was so much better at breakfast! The smoked salmon and goat cheese frittata was delicious and the vinaigrette on the greens was amazing. I was getting full as the meal was a large portion but could not give up on the salad. We were seated along the rail outside the weather was beautiful and the view of the inner harbour was a fantastic way to end our trip. I would say it is worth going here at least once, especially on a weekend for drinks and appetizers."
