"EDITED TO ADD when mentioned, the burger was taken off of my bill. The customer service here is awesome. Thanks!! My 2* rose to 4 with the awesome communication! My beer was cheap, so that's a plus. But man, this cheeseburger was super duper underwhelming. I was very excited to try Taps on Main for the first time, and was really let down the burger was tough and overcooked, despite being room temperature. The cheese was not melted and the add ons were larger than the patty itself with almost no condiments. The fries were okay, but very burnt and lackluster seasoning. And the ranch was so thin it wouldn't stuck to anything and could hardly taste it. I'm sad because so many have recommended this place. This was a real let down! If I come back it will be solely for the cheap Mich Ultras."
