"Walked through drive through because lobby was closed. That I understand when your short staffed. However. I went through. Waited 30 mins. Got my drink an fry but I ordered a plain no cheese Dave's double, I received a single with everything. I'm lactose intolerant and can't eat bacon. I couldn't eat my burger an they never gave me a recipe so it's not like I could go back, plus I'm not gonna walk out in the rain again. I will never eat there again. I'll get a frosty an a lemonade but no more."

"Unfortunately the service was slow. my man and I went through the drive-thru and it took us to wait for almost 20 minutes sitting there. it may have been a few customers with larger orders, but when we went into the window, the hired were nice for the biggest part, but they definitely forgot to give us a few things that we had asked, like salt and ketchup, what happens when we were there. it was good, but not sloppy and thrown together, which almost wait completely worth it. it was also hot and fresh."

"Whoever was just the crew manager at 3pm on Saturday March 26 was shocking. I asked for a triple stack baconator (something I’ve ordered at literally every other Wendy’s in CR) got back “uhhhh we don’t do that”. When I asked very nicely if I could get a double stack with another patty, he left the mic for about 5 mins before coming back to tell me to pull around. I didn’t even finish my order. Thanks for giving me a kid’s hamburger instead of what I asked for! Oh leaving out my reciept so I can’t write in a survey about you is a really nice move! Appreciate it!"
