"Best of the few authentic bagels left in NYC!. Their bagel with lox all the way is simply incredible. First they toast the bagel which is not available in a lot of places then they apply a schmear of cream cheese , red onion, 3-4 slices of tomato, and capers. The sandwich is bursting with flavor with the freshest lox and it is big enough to be lunch.<br/>The toasted skin of the bagel is tough while the soft inside is full of flavor. The sweet onion the sharp capers and the mellow cream cheese form the perfect union.<br/>Don't let the unassuming demeanor of the counter staff fool you. They know who comes in and they know who comes back.<br/>Note to cheap aggressive upper east side entitled Richie- Riches keep waiting in line as a matter of fact a long line the staff remembers how annoying you are and will make you wait. I on the other hand being a frequent customer that tips will walk right past you to the counter wave my hand and they know my order. No lines for me!"
