"You have a total of 3 vegan options. 1 of those who are edamame beans as an appetizer. Service was amazing. The vegan options? Awful. The fried veggiereis was best on average. Why do Asian restaurants in Nashville use Biryani rice instead of just long grain white or brown rice? It changes the whole taste of the dish. 2/5 stars on the vegetable rice. for the second last vegan option, the pad Thai. Some of the worst I had. You use the pad Thai sauce that you can buy on Amazon or at Whole Foods, the EXTRA Tamari sauce in it. The court tastes almost like a dessert dish. Pad Thai 1.5/5. We paid $45 before tip for these two dishes. Unacceptable for the quality of food. Idk, where all other good reviews come. I'm just grateful we had a meal yesterday. About Nashville's vegan options lol."
