"I love this place! I get ham/egg breakfast samwich of Gf bread, and it's always a huge serving. 2 sandwiches. Maybe because gf bread is stupid tiny, but I appreciate it so much because often you pay more and get less with gluten-free. I also called in a salad for lunch and so glad I did. Another great choice and plenty for 2 servings. I put half of it on a plate, and it was plenty for lunch. The chicken apple goat cheese salad was great."

"Our waiter was excellent. Charming and funny and gave great recommendations. The value of the wine carafe was good too. The food was lackluster compared to what we heard from others who had been there. The quality of ingredients seem good, but the execution was not. I had. $15 onion soup gratin (French onion soup) and it was broiled so long it was burnt a little. It was also pretty small for the price. The falafel was not constructed well, and we found it to be over fried. A friend had the special and it was quite small as well. I will definitely give this place one more shot, but was not impressed with the first time. I have heard brunch is great here, so that will likely be what I try."

"They know you are in a good, authentic place when the food literally takes you to your grandmother's house as a kid. The black bean soup had this fantastic combination of ingredients that I only found in my grandmother's kitchen. This soup in itself was worth the trip. The swordfish starter was very good and the pisco sour was fantastic (I know pisco sour is not Mexican, but it definitely was very refreshing and mixed perfectly). In terms of price you are in NYC ... 'enough said."

"Went here with my sister visiting from out of town, and we both agreed we would go back! They have a wide variety of dishes and we were both able to find something we really enjoyed to eat. My sister got the fish and chips, which she said was amazing, and I got the crispy pork carnitas, which was excellent! We also split the cast iron cookie, and had lavender lemonade to drink. I'll definitely be visiting again soon!"
