"We did an online order for dinner tonight. While on the checkout page, the system said the soonest pick up time was 7:01 PM. I went ahead and submitted the order and it said pick up time was 7:10. Okay, no big deal.I get to the restaurant at 7:09, sit there for 3 minutes and no one comes out to the curbside area. So I call the number on the sign the girl that picked up the phone said it would be about 5 more mins for her to finish packing everything up. Same girl comes outside for me to sign the receipt and mentions adding a tip. I put down $5 because I do recognize she’s spending SOME time bagging up boxes and bringing them out to me and she makes sure to look down check the receipt as she’s walking back inside.At 7:30, my order is nowhere in sight. I decide to walk in and after about 3 minutes, the same girl walks out from the kitchen with my bags. I make a comment to her about the order being over 20 minutes late and ask what the problem was and she blatantly ignores me and starts walking away, even as I’m still trying to talk to her. Another woman (manager I’m assuming) comes out about 1 2 minutes later, asking if she can help me. I explain the situation to her, mentioning the attitude of the original girl and she basically just gives me a weak apology and asks if I want to go through the order with her to make sure everything is there. How about offering a partial refund? A credit for next time? An explanation for the delays and disrespect?All of these restaurants are telling us to “support” them with the struggling sales and tough economic times but they don’t actually seem to care about earning or maintaining repeat customers. A sincere apology, with reassurance that attitudes late orders would be reviewed and dealt with accordingly probably would’ve sufficed. But instead, I spend $75 and receive a meal that’s 25 minutes late, was half cold after a 2 minute drive home and had stale fries tortilla chips with a dip that tasted terrible. There are too many delicious restaurants in this immediate area with great servers and true customer service to justify me EVER returning to this establishment."

"A nice friendly environment. There never seems to be much of a wait (if any) here. They have a large salad bar, that includes some sliced meats. It is reasonably priced too."

"This was so disappointing. I order and sent my granddaughter to pick up. She got a text saying we see you and will have your order out shortly. She wanted 20 minutes and finally went inside to pick it up. It was stone cold when she got it home. That was $30.00 down the drain. We quit going cause they are slow inside. Money is to hard to come by. Won't go again!"
