"I always give those working customer service jobs the benefit of the doubt, because we all have tough days. But goodness.....The man working behind the counter on July 3rd at about 5pm was probably one of the rudest people I have met at an establishment. Not to mention, after I told him what our order was...he asked again and STILL got it wrong. The only reason we came to this location was because we had such a positive experience at the Stockyard location. Perhaps, the employees at this location could receive training from the Stockyard crew.If you don't mind poor customer service and your order being incorrect, come to this location because they do have good ice cream (which is why I gave 3 stars)."
