"?Our manager doesn?t let us serve the espresso shot separately?, says the lady, which is a well-common, basic service for a latte coffee drinkers. All other Caribous, BTW, do give this service, but this one?s manager, however, wants it different. That?s a bad customer service. For 1, lack of understanding in coffee drinking-habits; And 2, unwillingness to satisfy your customers? needs, hence, losing their trust in you, for giving them your best service. You lost me as a customer and you lost my recommendation on you."

"Plan ahead note: the bathrooms are accessed through Bruegger?s (straight to the back) Review: Love this Caribou! I often stop here after picking up bagels next store. The baristas are always great and when I do mobile orders, my drink is always sitting and waiting for me. Never had an issue at this location."

"Here is another Caribou store that seems to think they Know what you want to drink instead of listening to what you want. My wife has been ordering the same drink for 3 years. It seems that the stores that what to tell you want you want end up always getting the drink wrong. This store even told us that they have 2 different drinks that are made the same way even though one is far more sweet than the other. So the manager even told us that they make them both the same way. Which means they are making one of the drinks wrong. So even though we ordered one drink they rang up the other drink and the manager didn't even care. The worst part is I drink almost the easiest thing on the menu, a depth charge, which is hot coffee with an extra shot of espresso and they screwed that up as well. It was cold, sure I could heat it up but if I wanted to do that the I would have made my own at home but I wasn't at home and wasn't going home."
