"The lines for drive thru ordering are long especially during high traffic hours, almost need a 3rd ordering station. I may try online ordering, it may go faster but I don't want to leave car to enter restaurant and I may have to get in line just to pick up food. Food is usually well made to order but frequently my order has been messed up (wrong condiments, wrong sandwich, missing fries, missing sandwich). I once ordered extra tartar sauce in fish and instead got none on my 2 fish, even though charged for the extra. I miss eating inside this remodeled and very clean restaurant."

"I'm not to sure what was going on but we did a curb side pick up at this location and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a large French fry. We ended up having to go through the drive thru to ask where our order was which was actually just sitting on the counter top for the entirety of our wait. I only know this because the my drink had all the ice melted and the soda was majorly watered down. I'd excuse this but this location and many other McDonald's locations have really been slacking lately and also with disrespectful employees that don't bother to answer a simple question but instead cut you off and walk away. Hopefully this can be corrected because my kids love getting kids meals from these establishments but I will discontinue if I see it keeps happening."

"My Quarter Pounder with cheese, purchased at about half past noon on a weekday, was overcooked, dry, and had probably been sitting in that plastic warming thing for a long time. A sane, conscientious employee would not serve that to another human being. It's a very quiet location and there's no indication anyone working there cares about customers or product quality."
