"I saw this place from the road and was curious what it was about. I got invited to go, so I decided it would be a good time to try it out! Chuy's is a Tex Mex style restaurant with great indoor decor and design. It's very casual and the staff is really friendly. I got the fajita burrito and it was super good. The tortillas are handmade there and you can definitely tell the difference! The chips and salsa were also really fresh and good quality. This place was pretty hopping on a Friday night, and it can get loud so you have to kind of yell across the table, but it was a really good time. I'd definitely go again!"

"Went on a Tuesday night with a larger party. Our waitress, I think her name was Ruth, was fantastic. Service was great. The decor was fun, with giant metal palm trees and mismatched chairs. It was unclear to me how Elvis factored into the whole thing. The chips were GREAT, I really love the super thin ones. They brought salsa and some sort of ranch that I didn't try. I got tacos and they were pretty good. I've had better, more authentic food, but these tasted good. I only got 2 for $10 though. I liked that they came with a lot of toppings. The beans and Mexican rice had good flavor. Bathrooms were clean. It was a pretty nice dinner experience. I'd go again if I were in the mood and nearby. It's no taco bar, but it was better than Guapos."
