"We are a French couple from Paris, used to go to nice « Michelin » restaurants, so we are not easily impressed, But this has been one of our best meals ever and the best we have tasted in Italy. The place is gorgeous, stylish but not...too much, just rightly « chic », The staff, the waiters, the chef, are kind, nice and humble. They clearly love to share, explain, and enjoy seeing you happy. The food is inventive, surprising, disorienting and always absolutely excellent. It is not just a dinner, it really is an experience. This is what great gastronomy tastes like. I hope this place will get the success and the recognition it clearly deserves. We will come back and we will organize our next trip in Italy to be able to come and eat there one more time. Thank you to all the people involved in this amazing place."
