"We had been to this place previous times when it was other restaurants decided to try it now that it changed. We were a little skeptical with the reviews and lack of service so we went on a Sunday night. they had a guitar player there which was very nice. We were the only ones sitting outside but there were a bunch of people inside for happy hour. we had a high school kid for a waiter who didn't have much experience but that was okay gave him some slack. we had delicious food and were so surprised. I had the pork chop which was crispy coated Double Chop was so juicy inside with brussel sprouts. the short rib pierogies were delicious as well and the other person had the last slice of prime rib special. Prices were very reasonable with big portions. we will definitely be back"

"Coming back after a whole decade I'm glad I did! Delicious choice of food for me.... Perfectly grilled Salmon with creamy sauce, capers , basil, sun dried tomatoes along with side order of mashed potato that was just ok). I cannot forget to mention my soup lentil soup with Italian sausage). I will be attempting to recreate this at home. You will not be leave dissatisfied if you eat this."

"Our server was nice, a little busy and overwhelmed. She brought starters but forgot our drinks from the bar twice. The food was hit or miss. The crab soup and mussels were very good. The crab pretzel was below average. The drinks were good. Just an ok experience."

"I wouldn't expect such a good bar in a hotel, even an upscale Marriott. The place was clean and stylish, had a great atmosphere, and friendly staff. They have an impressive selection of whiskey and made a solid (and generously-poured) Manhattan."

"Growing up, this place was known for the best food in Monroe. Not anymore. MB&G wants to be fine dining with paper menus and dim lighting. It's nothing more than overpriced, cheap bar food. Thankfully, we now have more dinner options in Monroe. The only way I would come back is if someone else was buying."

"An order to place over isn't necessary and paid extra for priority delivery. order was late poor delivery kerl had to wait for old! kartoffeln were raw, kalamari stringy and cold broccoli steamed to rubber. no cutlery/ serviettes available. I would never order a billys sport meal again! please do not type this quantity before delivery. uber eats good $10."

"Our waitress was wonderful, my food was fabulous, my husband preferred my dish to his (I had a steak, he got tenderloin medallions which weren’t evenly cooked, one rare, one medium, one well done my steak, however, was a perfect medium rare. We were seated right away and they never let my water glass empty. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will likely go there again the next time we visit the area."
