"So Disappointing! The hubby and I decided to give them a try. I hadn't been there in quite a while and I was hoping that they still had their amazing prime rib. Sadly, no. So I ordered the steak and ribs. The hubby ordered the steak and salmon. I had the salad with blue cheese dressing. I normally love blue cheese but this had a very off putting taste that I couldn't finish. Then our food came out and my steak was not medium rare, but raw! My husband ordered medium and his was med/rare. I couldn't find my server, not because she was hiding but because she was that busy. I got the attention of the manager only because he was right there, I showed him and he took the steak back and had them heat it up. I'm pretty sure it was put in the microwave. It was a little salty. I'm not normally one to send food back. I used to hate it when people did it when I was in food service. Our server was sweet enough to discount the salad and give us a small discount for the problem with my steak, but overall, superior disappointment and we will not go back."

"The section where we were sitting had two dirty tables that remained so for our entire visit. One had to be wiped and the other had to be driven. The carpet and the environment needed some attention from a cleanliness standard. Our server was nice and did a decent job. She gave us food recommendations. She was very slow at check. The food was the highlight. We had Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was very good. We also had margaritas that were delicious. Cleanliness was down."

"Eating a nice big salad in the bar is a staple for my wife and myself. On the good side, the food is usually quite fresh and well-made. The service is usually very good and the management seems to be very attentive and responsive. My main problem with this restaurant is lack of consistency. If you order a black and blue salad you have no idea what?s going to show up. I brought it up to them but it never changes. It?s just a crapshoot what?s going to come out on the plate. Usually it taste quite good. The last time I was here it had really slipped and the food was not good at all but I?m hoping that?s just an aberration"

"The 9oz Bayou Salmon definitely was not worth $30. The sauce added little to the flavor and overall would get blanched out by the salmon itself. The mac and cheese side was bland and just barely soft. The Slim Bob Burger was pretty good though as was the smashed potatoes."

"I know I seem harsh on these places I review but I call it like I see it. I haven 't been here in a long time; I remember once upon a time O 'Charley 's was the deal! They had awesome food, great service and it was affordable. Things have certainly changed from what I remember. I ordered the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese (carb heavy, I know). The chicken tenders seemed off, super salty and chewy. The mashed potatoes were bland and the presentation was unappealing. My Mac n ' cheese was prepared probably at lunch time and there was a super distinct difference between the macaroni and the cheese, meaning the macaroni looked old and the liquid cheese was a must have pick me up to pass as fresh. Unfortunately, I had a few bites of the potatoes, a few bites of the Mac and cheese and struggled with the tenders. I was definitely disappointed in the meal and price when all said and done. When asked, it was a hard No on takeout boxes. Listen, I 'm not expecting a five start meal or even four star at that. What I am expecting is good food, good service and a fair price. I tipped the waitress because, while the service wasn 't great, she was the only waitress in the joint and I appreciate her hustle. My opinion is this, I would keep on going and find something else, but hey, try it for yourself, I could be having an off night or they could. My experience was bad enough that I wrote this long-winded review and will not be returning anytime soon. I wish them well and I know they can do better!"

"The ribs were absolutely great, bacon mashed potatoes were very good also. The Broccoli was ok, not 100% steamed because they were still a little crunchy. My first steak was supposed to be cooked to medium but when I got it, it was well done. They took it back and made me another one that was perfect. The service was extremely fast and the staff were great."
