"I was shocked and impressed by the calibre of vegan baked goods at Maria's Gelato. On Thursday and Saturday mornings they receive deliveries from Yellow Basket Baking, Flourgirl, and Dipped Doughnuts and they are out of this world. Lavender cream-filled croissants, tiramisu cinnamon buns, cinnamon twists, several flavours of doughnuts, and more! All days of the week they have a smaller selection of less extravagant vegan options like banana bread both from To Die For and housemade as well as vegan lunch options. It's worth going first thing Saturday morning with several containers to stock up on baked goods!"
