"First time in town with a group consisting of family and friends. We were visiting on our way to Penn state for the PSU/UD football game the next day. Stopped in for dinner at 7pm and the place was empty. Usually that has me questioning because that 's a typical time for dinner on a Friday night. I figured there 's be other people in there besides us, we made a reservation but clearly was not needed. The waitress was nice but pretty slow. We were sitting for a long time between ordering apps and ordering our entrees. We were long done with our apps before she even came back again to take our orders but we were in no rush so it wasn 't a huge deal. What was strange was the fact that one of our group members was visibly pregnant so she asked for a mixed drink (cranberry and pineapple juice) with no liquor. When the waitress brought it back to the table she said ya I was told you can never do that again from the bartender so this is your last one . If they didn 't have the ingredients to make that that 's fine but it was a weird way to say that? Maybe try can I interest you in a soda instead? The whole table heard so we were all confused by that and left wondering what that was about. The food was OK. I 'd say very average but good if you 're in a pinch it 's standard bar food. They had a decent sized menu and variety of options available. Seems like it 'd be a better place for drinks and apps than going for an actual meal for dinner."

"Yelled at me for trying to sit my kids down to order without them running around then Yelled at my kids while I was also trying to correct their behavior.Reply:The fact that you feel the need to argue my review speaks volumes about your customer service. When you were first rude to us we had just walked in the door and I was looking for seating knowing that if my children sat down they wouldn't try running around and then I could order. For some reason you felt the need to yell at me that I had to order first so that dismisses your safety concern claim. My son was not slamming the ice cream door shut as I kept telling him not to touch it and was shutting it myself. To be fair it was only one employee who was rude, there was a woman there that was very nice."
