"My husband and I had a craving for a good burger and stopped at this very cute American diner. The only thing American about it was the please wait to be seated sign at the entry. Everything else, from the exceptionally poor service to the...low quality food, was a very wrong interpretation. After a lengthy series of waits starting at the door, then for somebody to bring a menu, etc. etc. we finally saw our warm flat drinks on a tray as the waitress literally took a straw and gave the beer a stir to add some foam. It only got worse from there. An hour wait ensued where we were not once acknowledged by a staff member, so no opportunity to ask for properly chilled, carbonated drinks as a replacement. When we watched a gentleman arrive and within five minutes leave with a takeout order of five burgers, we flagged down somebody to ask how much longer we would need to wait and were told our burgers would arrive soon. No sorry for the wait or thanks for being patient. The burgers finally arrived, prefab freezer product, the bun soaked in a huge glug of generic ketchup. Edible but absolutely ordinary. The bill came with speed and efficiency. The restaurant gets one star for the charming interior. The food service was truly unacceptable"

"We were a party of for a business dinner in the separate rooms on the second floor. Good attentive service, nice drinks and some of us helped in the food preparation. We all enjoyed the evening, as the food was good and plentiful."

"Good idea: biergarten, student pub. but often overcrowded that I didn't get a place. the prices are reasonable and feasible for students. the service is also oin order. the last is very friendly and the food is also very delicious. the atmosphere is always good and the location is good to reach so close to the middle."
