"We had booked a table for several people for the New Year eve. The menu with 4 dishes was chosen, the price about 109 euros per person, drinks not included. When we arrived, we were asked to pay directly in the lobby before we could go to our table. That was a little weird, we could at least sit down. But that's okay, I paid the amount of money we were asked about and came to our table. I counted 6 tables and 5 or 6 waters, so the number of things was not the problem. The organization seemed to be a problem. I had the feeling that the waters met shortly before the evening and worked together for the first time. We asked for the wine card, waited for about 20 minutes. I chose a bottle of red wine for about 100 euros. The water told me they didn't have this wine. I asked for another, after 10 minutes he came and told me they didn't. I was looking for the third wine and when he told me that the third is also not available I asked him to bring me the bottles that are aviable. He brought me 3 types of red wine, I chose one and before he wanted to open the bottle, I asked the price. 265 euros! Considering that the one I wanted to order at the beginning is 100 euros, water could bring me at least three bottles in the same price range! I asked him to bring us another bottle that would be in the same class as Amarone, I chose at the beginning. After an hour of discussion we had our red and white wine. We had to wait between 10 and 20 minutes for each order. Like bottle of water 20 minutes, few cups of tea for the desert 20 minutes, change broken glass 10 minutes and etc. When we finished, I paid for the drinks and we left the table coz wanted to be home at 00:00 and meet new year at home. Some of us went out to take some fresh air while the others had waited for their coats and then the waiter who took the bill comes and asks my brother why he goes if they didn't pay! He told him I paid the same waiter 3 minutes ago with a card! When he goes to the exit, the security man asks him and his girlfriend again when they pay the bill! Unbelievable! The food was okay. With drinks and the menu we paid about 140 euros per person and that was definitely the amount for which you could expect more service and better quality. Would never go there again."
